Travis Gifford Forsythe, born Dec. 3, 1965, fourth child, third son.

Travis Gifford Forsythe was born Dec. 3, 1965, in East Texas.   He carrys the middle name Gifford because there were no Gifford boys to carry on the name.  My dad and one brother had all girls.  The other one had no biological children. Travis was quite a tinkerer in his youg life.   Always putting something together out of electrical and telephone parts.   He had quite a passion for this. This has carried over to his adult life.  He has the name of MacGyver and Superman, because of his ability to come up with some type of fix to anything and his enormous strength.  He graduated in 1984 and then joined the Air Force.  He was stationed in Michigan.  He met his wife Julie Main in West Virginia, just a few miles from where his ancestor David Forsythe settled in the early 1800's.  Quite a coincidence.  He has two girls, Kendra and Kaitlyn.  One son   Kullen Gifford Forsythe.  He and his family now live  in West Virginia, after three years in Texas .  He learned brick laying from his father and also accomplished  the trades of a welder and an electrician.
